Web scraping and automated data collection
We download data from websites, catalogues, registers and official notice boards automatically, clean it and deliver it in a format you can work with straight away. No manual copying, no outdated spreadsheets.
From hundreds of pages to one clear table
Web scraping means reading data from web pages automatically. We build and run collection that works on schedule, copes with changes on the source websites and turns inconsistent data into one clean database.
- Regular collection — hourly, daily or weekly, depending on the data.
- Cleaning and unification — formats, units, duplicates, matching identical items.
- Change history — you see not only the current state but also how it evolves.
- Respect for the sources — we don’t overload other servers and we follow their rules.

FAQ — Web scraping
Is web scraping legal?
Collecting publicly available data is fine in many cases, but it depends on the specific source, its terms and the type of data. That is why we assess every brief in advance: we respect website terms, don’t overload them, and collect personal data only where there is a legal basis for it.
What if the source website changes?
We monitor collection continuously. When a website’s structure changes, we get an alert and adjust the collection — usually before you would notice any outage.
How often is the data updated?
As needed and depending on the data: from several times an hour to once a week. More frequent collection only makes sense where data really changes fast.
In what format will we get the data?
Whatever suits you: a web dashboard, an Excel or CSV export, Google Sheets, an API for your systems or a regular e-mail with what’s new.
Can you handle websites that load content with JavaScript?
Yes. We can read modern websites that render content in the browser, and we work with public APIs too.
